Tracey ensures all customers are treated with the same respect as she wants to be treated. Her company Homekeepers and its employees mirror the ideals by being ethical, honest, fair, available from beginning to end of the process of purchasing or refinancing your home dreams. Unlike some mortgage brokers and banker, Homekeepers is a Team working for you and not an affiliated business or joint venture. The goal is customer satisfaction, so she doesn’t avoid questions she and her Team put them to rest with understandable answers. Homekeepers prides and specializes in “Leverage” and giving a “Benefit to the Borrower” emphasis being customer service, even after your loan closes. Tracey is the NRCC Business Woman of the Year “06” and being a native of Ohio, Tracey may not be fluent in Spanish and French yet, but as the Director of Strategic Marketing and Business Development, she has adjusted her business to adapt and serve by hiring those who speak Spanish and Creole to help with the committed business from the Latin and Haitian Communities. Tracey believes we all work hard to succeed together for all cultures.Tracey has professional and personal achievement, but receives personal fulfillment from giving back to the community (with a belief that the community is worldwide). Most enjoyable

hobbies are hunting, fishing, jet/waterskiing, and traveling

throughout the globe with a personal quest to

RENA' STARKS

The retired Founder of Homekeepers Mortgage Company is Rena’ E. Starks. Ms. Starks opened Homekeepers doors from her home office located in Hilliard, Ohio. Ms. Starks always dreamed of leaving one of her daughters in charge but never thought it would be the youngest. Ms. Starks retired to promoting ethical training through Homekeepers Training School, and advocating for consumers with the IAMB, Inc and B.E.E.E. Foundation, which Ms. Starks states gives her the gateway to tell all about her experiences in the industry. After 10 years with Homekeepers open, Ms. Starks daughter, Tracey M. Starks, took over and control of licensing all the businesses. “I was so proud for all of Tracey’s kudos falling like stacked dominoes”, stated Ms. Starks. Tracey with the push of her Mortgage Mom received her Mortgage Broker License, Mortgage Broker Business License, Mortgage Training School Accreditation, and her NRCC Business Woman of the Year all before reaching the tender age of 25. The feat of being this ones trainer and to have privilege to train a dedicated devoted daughter/student, taught me I could let go, let God, and move on to expand our other business ventures. Ms. Starks, now states, she only assists the Creative Mortgage Broker in charge and her staff, in their billion dollar business, which all of them know they can get in touch attention from the retired, “Master Closer” at anytime.
